Holy Family High School (the “School”) traces its history to 1922 in Denver and since 1999 it has operated a college preparatory co-ed high school in Broomfield that today enrolls 700 students. 97% of its students attend college, and last year the graduates earned over $12.5 million in scholarships. Holy Family operates under the stewardship of the Archdiocese of Denver which will guarantee the proposed debt.
The School used a $7,500,000 CECFA bond issue to construct over 50,000 square feet of added space, including four new classrooms, a fitness center and an auxiliary gym. Additionally, the existing eight rooms of the School will be renovated and repurposed for the music and performing arts program. The kitchen will be renovated, and the commons and cafeteria expanded.
